(Ambiya') 21 : 19

To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and the earth; and those near Him are not reluctant upon serving Him, nor do they hesitate.

“Those near Him” in this verse denotes Angels. Their character is described in verse 66: 6 that they don’t disobey the command of Lord Allah, and they are doing whatever they are commanded with. The believer who lives as the vicegerent of Lord by testifying 6236 verses of Adhikr will become higher in ranks than Angels, Jinns, and any other creature as explained in verse 3: 79.

The Arabic Quran reading Fujjar are falsely boasting that they are the people of the last Book and last Messenger. But they are filthy and Adhikr will increase filth over filth for such disbelievers as explained in verses 9: 28, 95, and 125. See explanation 4: 150-151; 5: 67 and 16: 48-50.
